Your photoshoot fee covers all the work that goes into prepping and planning with you, shooting you on the actual day, all the editing time that comes afterwards, storage of the images, and all the gear I may need to bring on the day.

All packages include allocated shooting time, a select number of high resolution retouched images, shoot planning, location scouting, posing direction, primping and support on the day! I’ll be there to walk you through the entire process from booking to the shoot day to post production.

Location is not included (unless specifically stated for location days) however I will work with you to find the perfect environment that suits your budget. If you require hair & makeup, I can help you find someone with notice.

My website rates reflect shoots where you provide your own location. Location shoots will always have curated packages and rates for each shoot space.

RAW files (not to be confused with unedited JPEGS) are extremely large, unprocessed files that I shoot in to get the best quality and developing control when we work together. In saying that, it is an unfinished product and only represents a portion of the creative process that is reflected in my portfolio. It’s like a cake without the icing!

I choose to deliver polished, retouched pictures that reflect the style you booked me for & bring out the sparkle of what we made together. I always do my best to implement your personal editing requests.

You have the option to add on all enhanced images as JPEGS for social media content.

Extra edits are better suited for advertising images, as they are retouched from the RAW files to deliver a high resolution, quality finishing product.

I keep RAW files for a year and extra images can always be purchased for an additional $35 each.

Retouched images are advertising quality images edited straight from RAW files that allow room for extensive editing. This can include colour and light correction, adjustments to the body and facial features (for aesthetic and privacy purposes), skin retouching, tattoo removal, and any other changes that may be needed to polish the photo. You can review my portfolio to see my retouched images.

Enhanced images are JPEG files that are lightly colour/light corrected. They aren’t hi-res or retouched like RAW files, but they are ready for social media posting.

I generally recommend retouched images for advertising or for those who prefer high quality polished images, and enhanced images for those who may also want extra social media content.

Retouched Images
I kindly ask that you make no changes to your retouched images once they have been delivered. Copyright to adapt the work remains with the photographer.

I am always happy to make any adjustments myself & make sure you walk away happy with the final product. This keeps the images at the highest quality, keeps my brand and portfolio consistent, and protects the copyright of the photos.

Enhanced Images
You have the option to add on all enhanced images as JPEGS for social media content. I kindly ask that these are not overly adjusted beyond basic editing (basic skin and body retouching, blurring, and changes to facial details for privacy reasons).

Absolutely! There is no extra charge for sharing a shoot with someone, as long as there is enough time allocated to achieve what you have in mind. Get in touch with your request and I’ll help to make your plan happen.

While I primarily shoot with natural light, I am also able to offer flash shoots. There is no extra charge for flash shoots. Just let me know in advance so I can ensure I bring the appropriate equipment.

I do not currently work with other forms of artificial or studio lighting, but am working towards offering this in the future!

For shoots where you have booked your own location:
The deposit is non refundable but is entirely transferable to a future date with at least 24 hours notice (minus any travel expenses that are unable to be recouped).

New travel fees may be required where applicable (e.g. changing of flights or accommodation to travel to your new shoot date).

For shoot locations I have organised:
Deposits for shoot locations go towards the expenses of running these days and are non refundable and non transferable to future shoot locations or photoshoots beyond the shoot location days.

They can be transferable to a new time or date during the shoot location days if available. It may also be transferred to another person (to be organised by you). If all options are unavailable, the deposit will be forfeited.

I understand how eager you may be to see your photos after your shoot day. I aim to return your watermarked proofs to you within 2-4 days so you can make your image selections. This may be sooner, but I choose to underpromise and overdeliver.

Once you’ve chosen your selects, I aim to return your final images to you within 2-4 weeks. I may have a queue of other edits to deliver before yours, but I always do my best to deliver promptly while prioritizing quality.

You can purchase express or priority delivery as an extra if you wish to have your edits moved to the top of my queue. Express delivery is $500 and will have your edits delivered within 2 days (12 edits max). Priority delivery is $250 and will have your edits delivered within 7 days (12 edits max).

If I’m on tour or your shoot was apart of a location day, please keep in mind that I may have many shoots to work through. I’ll do my best to communicate your estimated wait time to you.

When editing your photos, I always consider and reflect the editing style you see in my portfolio, along with any specific requests we may have discussed.

When it is time to select your images, I send all editing information over to you via email. This is the perfect time to make any specific requests (for all of your images generally, or for individual images).

If you receive your images and would like some small changes, I allow a round of revisions complimentary to ensure you are happy with the final result. This is the perfect time to touch up anything minor that pops out to you.

After initial revisions, images that require further revisions we haven’t already discussed or extensive changes that require me to start from scratch, may attract a revision fee.

My standard packages deliver photos to you that you are licensed to use for personal enjoyment & brand advertising. If you’d like to use the images to create something extra special and unique, for commercial uses, or to sell on your subscription content page, I’m happy to oblige! Just get in touch to discuss licensing costs.

I primarily offer shoots to women and femme presenting people. I am happy to offer personal and professional shoots to the LGBTQIA+ community. I am also open to shooting couples and lingerie/fashion/lifestyle brands (please provide a thorough enquiry so I can understand what you are looking for). I do not offer shoots to male industry workers who exclusively offer services to women.
